- En un vaso para batir poner las harinas, yema, leche, manzana o plátano y pizca sal. Batimos.
- Un truco para que queden muy esponjosos es poner el requesón eso junto limón y bicarbonato, mezclamos bien. De este modo hacemos levadura casera. La reacción con el jugo de limón y requesón o yogurt es levar cualquier masa. Ponemos a la masa Anterior y reservamos.
- Ahora montamos las claras a punto de nieve y añadimos stevia, azúcar o lo que pongáis. Montamos a mano con varillas o con máquina para ello.
- Agregamos a la masa Anterior con movimientos envolventes para evitar que se nos baje las claras a punto de nieve.... en una sartén ponemos aceite oliva o coco y con papel absorbente retiramos sobrante y ponemos masa, más o menos según tamaño... dejamos hacer y damos vuelta. Ojo, no se quemen... mis nenas fueron las chef y estaban buenísimas, pero se nos hacían muy rápido jejeje. Bon profit, buen provecho! Degustarlas como más os gusten.
