- Volvemos a mezclar todo y seguidamente, vertemos el resto de la harina y mezclaremos bien. Debemos remover muy bien y no nos debe quedar un solo grumo en la masa.
- Cogeremos una sartén, la que queramos. Yo uso una pequeña que es la idónea para las tortitas. Vertemos una pizca de aceite y esparcimos con un pincel y con fuego medio-alto. Vertemosun poco de la masa y la hacemos, tened en cuenta que la primera nunca va a salir bien. A partir de la segunda, le daremos la vuelta cuando veamos unas pequeñas burbujitas. Espera un par de minutos más y al plato!
