- Una vez que la cebolla esté cristalina agregamos nuestras calabacitas previamente picadas. Yo las corté en rodajas y posteriormente en ocho pequeñas partes para que alcance.
- Cortamos nuestros jitomates en cuadros y agregamos a nuestra olla junto con los demás ingredientes.
- Agregamos una lata de granos de elote previamente drenada y encima de estos dos cucharadas de consomé de pollo en polvo para darle sazón. Y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento de 15 a 20 minutos hasta que hierva (mover paulatinamente para evitar se peguen los ingredientes).
- Por último, presentamos a la mesa nuestro platillo y agregamos crema y queso al gusto. Yo le puse queso canasto por económico pero con panela o doble crema queda también muy rico. Este platillo se puede acompañar con una sopa caldosa y una porción de carne o pollo, aunque cabe mencionar que como platillo fuerte así solito siempre es un éxito. Buen provecho! 🤤
