- Tomar el bollo de masa y estirarlo hasta que quede bien finito, (no queremos una masa gruesa y poco relleno verdad?😂). Recortarlo en trozos rectangulares para luego ponerlo en el molde.
- Espolvorear el molde con harina o almidón para facilitar el desmoldado. Colocar una capa de la masa sobre el molde y agregarle el relleno junto a queso rallado, luego colocarle otra capa para cerrarlos. No se olviden de pincelar los bordes con agua para que se unan ambas capas.😄
- En una olla colocar agua y dejar hervir, poner los sorrentinos entre 1 y 2 minutos y listo 😃😃😃
