- Como acto seguido pasamos las rodajas de calabaza rebozadas por un plato con salvado de avena (opción sana y con mucha fibra) o con pan rallado.
- Y por último, una vez que tenemos todas nuestras rodajitas cubiertas por salvado de avena/pan rallado, ponemos aceite vegetal en una fuente de horno y las ponemos sobre la fuente bien separaditas.
- Ahora precalientan el horno 180° por 5 minutos y después lo abren y ponen la fuente con las milanesas.
- Ahora solo queda ir controlando que se ablanden y darlas vuelta. (Yo las dejé 20 minutos de cada lado pero depende del grosor con que la cortaron! Para darse cuenta basta con pincharlas y que estén no tan blanditas pero tampoco duras)
- Una vez que las sacan del horno le pueden agregar queso y volverlas a meter para que se derrita como hice yo.
- Una vez que el queso se derritio le agregan jamón, huevo, tomate y todo lo que quieran y se comen unas milanesas de calabaza saludables y que se van a chupar los dedos!!
